"After I left school, I went on to study economics, and then joined FLYLINE as an Airline Sales Agent in 1996. I progressed to the role of Team Leader, which I held for a year, and for the last 11 years – apart from a short stint as a Personal Assistant – I have been working as a Human Resources Assistant.

It’s quite funny when you think about it: in my current HR position, I’m trying to recruit people for the job I did myself for several years – and this is something I can do with conviction, as I had such a positive experience of the role myself. I also think that I’m a great example of what you can achieve when you join the company as an Airline Sales Agent. People now refer to me as FLYLINE’s human encyclopaedia!

What I like most about FLYLINE is the atmosphere: my colleagues come from all over the world and we are all very honest and open with one another and enjoy working together. We help each other to solve all sorts of problems – whether they are day-to-day issues or more serious matters – and we always do our best for our customers and our company. FLYLINE is always there for us, too, from the first moment we come into contact with the company up until the day we retire."
