"I was always interested in travel. I trained as a travel sales agent, spent some time in London and then I took a business studies and tourism course in Düsseldorf.

I joined FLYLINE in 1995. The company had just started up and the contract with British Airways had just been signed. I was the first official employee. In my role as assistant to the CEO I arrange business trips, manage appointments, support the trainees, organize conferences and help with projects.

For 14 years, I have watched the company grow. Sure, getting it off the ground was not an easy task, but it brought us even closer together. Even when things get hectic, we all pull together and work well as a team."
