Induction course

When you first join FLYLINE, you’ll take part in a five-week induction course that will teach you everything you need to know to successfully carry out your new role. Our training rooms are fitted with the same state-of-the-art equipment as our customer contact centre, so you’ll get to grips with the technology before you even start your job.

Ongoing support

After your initial training, you won’t just be left to sink or swim. You’ll receive intensive on-the-job support during the first months, and, after that, our team leaders and more experienced sales agents will be happy to give you any further help you may need.
