"I joined FLYLINE six years ago as an Airline Sales Agent for Italy, after training and working in another field. I hadn’t really had any experience in the travel industry, but that didn’t hold me back. After a year and a half, I was promoted to Team Leader for Italy and Turkey.

In my role, I need to have excellent communication skills. I also need to be a good listener, show an interest in people and keep up-to-date with what’s going on, both within my team and other departments.
