Cappadocia, Seville and Porto: so far, these are the favorite destinations Jonida Pacara could visit, thanks to the travel benefits at FLYLINE. However, she is not the only one benefiting from favorable priced flights and hotels. Even customers are affected by her passion, as she is able to tell them about her very own travel experience. “What I like most about my job, is the ability to assist and try to have a good impact on customer’s life”, says Jonida. Since she started working for FLYLINE in autumn 2017, she mainly has worked in the areas of customer service, sales and the loyalty program of British Airways. “I acquired much knowledge about travel industry and improved my communication skills – And in addition, as I am a travel enthusiast, I’ve learned lots of things that are good to know for my next trips”, she explains.
Full commitment for studies and job
While starting her career at FLYLINE, she graduated her Master studies in European Studies at Europa-University Flensburg and Syddansk University in Denmark with a double degree M.A. and M.S.c. “I really appreciate the flexibility regarding working times and the ability to work remote, as it helped me to find a balance between job and studies”, she remembers. Previously, she completed the Bachelor studies in Business Management at European University in Tirana.
The born Albanian, who has, besides excellent English skills, also good skills in German, Italian and Spanish, already keeps her next career goals in mind: Team Leader and social media expert. As she wants to stay longer at FLYLINE, the helpful and friendly atmosphere at work is a great incentive. “I realize at FLYLINE it is not just customer comes first - the support and well-being of the employee is equally important”, says Jonida Pacara.
Create lasting memories
To keep this well-being even after work, Jonida loves to paint or take pictures, as these are her favorite hobbies, aside from her passion for travelling. “It allows me to collect memories”, she says. “Travelling boosts my creativity.” She also likes working on different tools to edit pictures on free time and sharing them with friends on her social media channels.
