FLYLINE - Recruiting process and perspectives

In this article we give you an overview of our application options, the recruiting process and your prospects.

At FLYLINE, we are looking for employees who fit the company and our culture. That is why we value a selection process at eye level, in which you get to know FLYLINE as best as possible - and FLYLINE you.

The application process

As a first step, we look forward to receiving your detailed application - directly online or by email to For this you need your CV - preferably as a PDF. If you want, please upload other relevant documents (e.g. cover letters, references, certificates) so that we have all the documents relevant to the decision at hand.

Video advertising

If you would like to make your application even more individual, you can also apply with a video.

Simply record a short video (30-60 seconds) and upload it - optionally password-protected - to YouTube or Vimeo. Attach the link (and, if applicable, the password) to your CV and upload it to our application portal. You can set the privacy settings on YouTube and Vimeo so that only selected people can see the video. This means that only those people involved in the application process have access to your video.

By uploading your video, you accept the terms and conditions of YouTube or Vimeo. Therefore, please contact the platform provider if you have any questions about your rights as a data subject.

Of course, submitting an application video is voluntary. We do not make any demands on the content - let your creativity run free.

The selection process

  • After an initial preselection, we would like to get to know you in a telephone interview. You can find out more about FLYLINE and the position to be filled. Of course we also have a few questions for you.
  • We will then invite you to take a short online test, which we will use to learn more about your concentration and multi-tasking skills.
  • In a personal conversation we will then show you our premises and give you more detailed information about FLYLINE. Then it is about your person, your expertise and your skills. You can of course ask questions on any topic at any time.
  • If we can well imagine working together, we would be happy to make you an offer and would be happy if you also say "yes".
