The expert for English language is a passionate communicator and loves conversing with people of different cultures. The constant further development of her intercultural expertise is something that is very important to her, because this is exactly the thing that makes her job here at FLYLINE so special. After only five months working as a Customer Service Agent for the commercial sector of the business, she then completed her Executive Club training and after another six months she implemented her communication skills in the Customer Relations department, handling baggage and EU compensation claims. ”Being able to help people in different locations around the world and solve their problems, is what I like and value most about my job here at FLYLINE“, said Milena Kocic. Being able to communicate in the English language is also a definite bonus for her.

The next step: passing her knowledge on to others
Milena Kocic has defined some clear goals for her future at FLYLINE: as a trainer she would like to pass on her knowledge and experience within the framework of the company’s internal training programme. Even before she began working at FLYLINE, she was able to gather relevant on-the-job teaching experience working as an English teacher in Serbia.

When feeling good is part of the job
It is especially her exceptional team that continues to impress Milena Kocic, and from whom she always feels supported and valued. ”All of the joint activities are simply great and forge happy memories for everyone. This makes us grow closer together – just like it should be in a real team“, she reported. How are things coming along with the all so familiar work-life-balance? When Milena Kocic is not working at FLYLINE, she likes to enjoy her free time with crochet, taking piano lessons and sport.
